Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.94,850 – Ksh.127,110 p.m. Job Group ‘Q’

  • Using market research data, facilitate the proportioning of goods supplied to certain regions by ensuring that the demand and consumption patterns are considered
  • Oversee the monitoring market and competitor activities Oversee the preparation and development of departmental budget
  • Approve and monitor departmental expenditure
  • Provides oversight for all departmental physical assets
  • Plans, assigns work, monitors work and appraises departmental staff
  • Contributes to strategic, operational and financial decision making in the Corporation
Educational Qualifications and Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce of (Sales and Marketing) or Business Administration (Marketing)
  • Masters Degree Marketing Option
  • Certification from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
  • Membership to Marketing Society of Kenya
Working Experience
At least eight (8) years experience in Sales or Merchandising in a busy FMCG environment with at least (3) years at senior management level.
